    Craig Buller is the founder and principal consultant of Sawubona Consulting. He is an experienced organisational development professional, facilitator, change manager and executive coach with over 30 years experience in People & Culture, Line Management, Project Management and B2B Marketing roles. He has worked across a variety of industries such as; Banking & Finance, Telecommunications, Aviation and Property, enabling transformational cultural change, developing capable and purposeful leaders, and building high performing teams. Craig is resourceful and pragmatic. His approach is one where he identifies both symptomatic and underlying organisational challenges with a focus on influencing positive business outcomes.

    Bringing your CVP to life

    Developed and facilitated a half day team based workshop to enable teams to bring their organisation's customer value proposition to life in their day to day operations. The program ran for 12 months and was delivered to over 200 teams.

    Inducting and onboarding new leaders

    Designed and facilitated an induction program for those who are new to leadership or new to the organisation in a leadership position for a major financial services organisation.

    Building high performing teams

    Designed a set of modular workshops to create trust, purpose and alignment to build high performing teams.

    Change leadership

    Created an organisation wide change management strategy and collaborated with the Project Management Office to embed significant transformational change. This helped the organisation embed transformational change while embracing and building change management capability.

    Leadership Development Facilitation

    Facilitated a significant first time leader development program consisting of several 2 day modules over a 6 month period for a major financial services company.
